Of course Mike and I love to have a good Spanish breakfast or Desayuno but it is also nice from time to time to treat your body to some healthy options. Here are some options where you can still have fun eating out with family and friends without feeling guilty about what you choose to eat.

Keto Royal : We have been several times to this restaurant happened to found it while we were on the Keto Diet. Both the breakfast and lunch menus are not to be missed. All the food here is low carb, low sugar and gluten free. They offer such a good selection from pancakes and waffles to omelettes and eggs. The selection available is suitable for both those sweet and savoury breakfast eaters which makes it ideal for a family or a couple.
Dezentral: This is spot number 2, also is located in Marbella. It has lots of healthy options, including the homemade smoothies, shots, granola bowls or even savoury options such as salmon, poached eggs and avocado. This is also one of the best restaurants that serve coffee. You may have shortly discovered that most places in Spain do not have good coffee but this place does! Everything they serve is homemade and everything tastes delicious.
Hustle & Flow: This would be our third restaurant that offers super healthy food. They have a flexible menu, which offers vegan and gluten free options. All their foods have been designed to be healthy, free of GMOs artificial additives and preservatives but everything still tastes scrumptious. What do we love, well lets start with their amazing smoothie bowls that are full of organic fruit and just taste amazing, as well as their amazing gluten free waffles. On top of this all their plates and drinks are beautifully presented giving that great photo moment.
